Feyter Forklift Services was founded in 1974 in Terneuzen (Netherlands), which is still the headquarter of the company. Since then the company has extended with subsidiaries in Vlissingen (also Netherlands), Belgium, Germany and Spain. The Forklift Services division of Feyter Group concentrates on forklifts, telehandlers, container handling machines and terminal tractors.
Feyter is known as a specialist in the field of customer-oriented, made-to-measure items for rental, lease, service contracts and sale- and lease-back operations.
When it comes to customised solutions in heavy handling, Feyter Forklift Services has been a strong partner to the Dutch and Belgian port industry for over 40 years. Feyter Forklift Services is active in several major ports in the Benelux, including Ghent and Antwerp. The focus was further broadened when Feyter Forklift Services welcomed its Spanish and German sister companies, Feyter Iberia and
Feyter Gabelstapler. Since then Feyter has been strongly involved in several Spanish ports, but also in ports in South America.

Feyter Industrial Services is a one-stop-shop service provider with a full service concept for asset owners in the chemical, steel, paper and food industry. In more than 55 years of existence Feyter Industrial Services has proven to be an appropriate name in the industry. Also part of the Industrial Services division is Thermosan Engineering. Thermosan produces components for all piping systems that are in use. The company supplies these products to national and international companies in the chemical, petrochemical and offshore industries. Clients choose Thermosan Engineering because of the high quality of their products, the fact that they use certified materials and the reliable lead times. Thermosan has a large stock of pipes, rods and forged items which we categorize into carbon steel, stainless steel and high-alloy steels (specials).

Faktor Civil Engineering is specialized in engineering and drawing of constructions for steel, concrete and wood. In 2006 Faktor has received the Dutch Steel Prize awarded for the most unique steel construction. This steel construction was designed for an automobile showroom integrated in a sound proof wall, along one of the major highways in the centre of The Netherlands.
